Construction method for aluminum jacketing of pipe insulation outer layer
1. According to the degree of bending of the elbow, the insulated pipe is sawed into a "shrimp waist type";
2. Put the prepared "shrimp waist" elbow on the elbow pipe;
3. Use a fine stainless steel wire to tie the insulation tube firmly, the number of bundled roads is not less than 3, and the spacing is ≤300mm;
4. Ensure that the inner wall of the warm pipe is in close contact with the elbow and the ring of the elbow insulation layer is dense and has no gap;
5. Add a waterproof layer on the outside of the insulation layer, and carry out the protective layer construction after the end of the work.
