Coated/painted aluminum roll jacket

Signi Aluminum’s coated painted aluminum roll jacketing is produced by 1100/1200/3003/3105 aluminum, which complying with ASTM B209 and ASTM C-1729 specifications. Aluminum roll is cleaned firstly, and prepared for maximum paint adhesion prior to roller-coating with paint systems, including primer/undercoats plus hard-surface polyester or Acrylic baked-on finish coats. Surface finish textures include smooth, stucco-embossed and corrugated.
 
Signi Aluminum coated painted aluminum roll jacketing in white and gray standard colors, and other colors as request, in thickness from 0.40mm up to 0.60mm, standard roll size are 914mm/1000mm/1200mm/1219mm×30480m. Coated painted aluminum roll jacketing is also available cut&rolled to customers’ specifications. Other colors, thickness and sizes are available on non-stock basis.
